I Think She’s Hot
If I wanted to meet someone beautiful,
right away, I’d think
she’s hot.
If I wanted to meet someone sensual,
right away, I’d think
she’s hot.
If I wanted to meet someone spiritual,
right away, I’d think
she’s hot.
If I wanted to meet the girl of my dreams,
right away, I’d think
she’s hot.
But I find I’ve met a wife
and a mom ~
Occupied. Absorbed. Concerned.
Taking care of her child,
of her home and her guy;
testing skills so shrewdly learned.
Twice a week she serves as
a hospice nurse. Strange to think,
then maybe not. For the love she
conveys in all that she does
ever melts.
I think she’s hot.
